Who We Are

A service and facilities maintenance company specialising in commercial buildings. Steve Hook and Paul Quinnell formed Tech Asset Management way back in 2004. The team has grown over the years to some 80 plus employees, backed up by accredited subcontractors. Our offices are in Maidstone, Kent, and Cannock in Birmingham.
History
It all began with a box of screws.
That was the first order placed. One box of screws. And that was because the buyer felt sorry for Paul, having kept him waiting for over an hour. He felt obliged to buy something. But Pauls exuberance was infectious, and a relationship started that exists even to this day. Such is the power of trust.
Following an energetic career in the British Army, Steve was looking to set up a business. Steve and Paul got together and over a shared cup of tea they shook hands on working together as partners.
Over time and a variety of iterations Tech Asset Management evolved and is now working alongside major UK based hotel chains amongst others in keeping their customers comfy and safe.
